Can someone clarify the Wyoming situation?

I've seen mentions about the series being delayed, but can someone give me the details?

When I visited Laramie a decade or so ago, I picked up a jersey and hat just for kicks and thought it was cool that the Cowboys and Falcons would finally tee it up.

I think it was in the BGSU press release on their website that the Wyoming series would be moved back...
With this series, BGSU will also move a previously agreed upon home and home series with the University of Wyoming to 2007 and 2008 dates of which are to be determined.
