Spring Game Tailgate

I think I'm gonna head over and tailgate with you guys around 10 or 10:30 saturday morning. You all tailgate behind the stadium by the highway right? I didn't tailgate at all last season because I'm a freshman and wasn't real sure what went on but I always have tailgated when going to a Browns game so I figure it's time to do it here at BG. I'll probably bring some chips and pop or something. So is it alright if I walk over and hang with some fellow Falcon Football Fans before the game?

That would be the spot! If Grant is there, you will most likely see the AZZ.com flag as well! And what's with the pop? Who drinks pop at tailgates? :wink: Definitely join in and introduce yourself though, we are all friendly people!!

I've got to work Saturday AM, so I'm not sure when I'll be there, but yeah, that's the lot, in the NW corner. The flag Metzger is talking about looks like this:

Never noticed this before but my crazy, now retired pilot brother is in the left of the picture...I'm assuming this was the NIU game as he wore an ORANGE jacket instead of his UC Bearcat colors, which only coincidentally matched NIU's. Now if he'd only stop causing trouble on AZZ, it'd be even better. :wink:

I won't bring a gun but then again do I really need one? :twisted: Also, I think Saxy would side with me, but then again I can't guarantee that! :D

The Freaklings are gonna let me fly their new BG flag they got for Christmas...probably better cuz my BGSU is starting to show signs of wear!

We are heading to Huron Friday night and will try to be at the Tailgate spot by 10 am...at the latest. Mrs. Freak is staying behind on this one.

You should've gotten an email from me last nite...re: BG trip/tailgate etc. ... guess I should be able to get up there by then, if all goes well with my dad... I'll see you at Rt. 250, same motel closest to McD's (across street). Cut me some slack if I get hung up on any Tpike traffic.

I may stop by, if that's okay. I'm about to head into work for my tenth day in the row. But the worst is over, and I'm looking forward to a little down time outside of the Doyt.
