Recruits at Spring Game

Post by Salsa »

On the Indiana board, they're making a big deal about having 300 recruits at their Spring Game on Friday.

I'm assuming we had some recruits at our game today. Anybody got information about that?

If there were recruits at the game, they had to be impressed with the offensive show the guys put on.

Defensively, you know the coaches are aware that if we can improve our defense next year and also the years after that, we could have one special football team. I'm going to believe they will pull that off.

Our incoming recruits were at the game, but I'm am not sure about "new" recruits. They made an announcement just prior to the halftime, and asked all reecruits to report to the northwest corner of the field to meet Coach Heilman and go to the weight room. I thought that was pretty funny! :D

Though they ARE being led by God Hoeppner now... Incidentally, he spent most of Indiana's spring game at Northwestern's spring game.
