If you've got access to the Internet, you can listen to ESPN radio as well.

Oh how far ESPN has come to influence our culture and limit the actions of our everyday sports fans and "define" what it means to be a real sports fanatic. . .

I'm not trying to be mean, but you are wanting to listen to the NFL draft as a means of entertainment??

Heck, 20 years ago I think they only showed the first round, and I don't know if it was covered live. 30 years the draft happened and you heard about the picks the next day in the paper. 40 years ago it occurred and the players drafted sometimes didn't find out for a few days after it.

Story on ESPN Page 2 about strange draft occurences. Some guy was reading a list of Syracuse players that were drafted in the NFL. Lo and behold, he sees his own name!!! It was like 60 years ago, but he never even knew that Philadelphia drafted him.

Of course I'm listening to it for entertainment. I find almost anything dealing with football entertaining. I have watched the entire draft for the past 2-3 years and I'm really mad I'm going to have to miss it for an invational where I'm only going to run two events.

I love the draft. Its my favorite day of the football year. I like it more than any football game. The draft is the time when college football & NFL football come together. Its also a time of hope for all the NFL franchises, and its cool to see where your favorite college players go as well.

Unfortunately my uncle chose this particular draft weekend to get married. I don't know why, but he did. Who gets married on a holiday!?!? Its going to be like a 15 minute ceremony at 2:30. Which means I get to watch a little, leave right in the middle of the first round, then come back. I'm going to end up missing an hour and a half of the draft for a lousy 15 minute wedding. Luckily the reception isn't until 6:00 so I can go home and watch for a few more hours after the wedding.

Hour and a half? That's what, 2, maybe three picks?

Well, 15 minutes on the clock for first rounders, puts it at 6 picks. I'm just worried the Browns will trade down and I'll end up missing their pick...the one that I really care about! :(

I really hate weddings...how come people don't get married on like a Tuesday night? Nothing happens on a tuesday.
