BG Draft Trivia

Post by TG1996 »

With Scott's selection by the Chargers today, BG had players drafted in consecutive years for the first time since 1989-91. For the car, what players were drafted those years?

(Hint: There were three in 1990, one each in 1989 and 1991.)

Well I didn't find your answer but while I was looking it up I came across this article on NFL.com. It talks about undrafted free agents. And it gives a "laundry list of players who might be NFL regulars someday, and they weren't drafted in 2004" It mentions BG's own Janssen Patton.

I think the idea of trivia would be to just know the fact, not look them up  But since we are on to looking things up, I consider myself to be able to find anything on the Internet so here you go:

Year - Round - Overall - Name - Position - Team
1991 10 270 Cris Shale P Redskins
1990 5 116 Reggie Thornton WR Vikings
1990 6 155 Ron Heard WR Steelers
1990 8 210 Derrick Carr DE Saints
1989 5 114 Kyle Kramer DB Browns

Here is the complete list
