Vball won the match in 4 games! They lost the first and then won 3 straight. I was reading on bgsufalcons and it said they have won 5 straight season openers. I know a girl on the Cleveland St. team and she was telling me that they have a really good program there. So a win like this should help out teams confidence. Besides the 3 seniors on the team, one of the freshmen has been stepping up in all the games lately. Stephanie Swiger I believe is her name. With her and the rest of the freshmen class, we could be looking at another ladies sport dominated around campus

Thanks for the heads up. Of all the sports I covered at BG, I have to say I enjoyed volleyball the most. When Denise Van De Walle retires, I hope the University steps up and does something special for her.
