But the timing is completely wrong. A study has been commissioned and it won't be back until summer.
Also, this is a football thread.
What about new/improved/more luxury boxes in the football stadium? That could be very interesting. Perhaps the boxes aren't fancy enough and perhaps there aren't enough of them.
I'm out of ideas.
