I know some of this is old information, especially with Spratt, but figured I'd keep the board alive a little with today's news from the official site. :D

Seems like a pretty good class, but I don't think we'll see Spratt starting right off the bat. Did we sign any defensemen?

Kevin Schmidt (defense, Markham, Ontario), and Russ Sinkewich (defense, Westlake, Ohio) who signed this past fall during the early signing period

Bales is tearing it up in the USHL playoffs, really came on strong second half of the season. If I was a betting man, I would say Spratt will be the starting goalie right away. But whoever shows best will be in goal and it could be Horrell and Spratt rotating. Not a bad situation to be in.

Hm, sounds like a very good class then. I felt like our defense let us down a few times this year. Hopefully this class can help out whoever has to fill the huge shoes in goal.

EVERY team can improve in ALL facets of their game. 8)
Feel free to come to ALL of their games next year so that you can truly understand ALL facets of their game.
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

People argue whether the glass is half full or half empty. Falconboy argues the inadequacies of the drinking vessel.

If he finds a glass that's 6'3", 315 lbs, either run like hell, or find a really big straw.
