Wow...that is a great article! Really stresses how scary our offense will be.

Now, let's get the defense in shape!

Thanks for sharing.

Didn't know people up in the cheese-state territory knew how to write a great piece. Maybe thats all they do when they are not turning cheese. Just think what they will do in a few years when Favre leaves and the Packers are no more.

The media drums are already sounding off about the Badgers-Falcons matchup. By the time the game gets here, the beat might be a roar.

I just hope we'll get a chance to see it on ABC.

I wonder if Barry Alvarez will say that Omar Jacobs is the best QB his team will face this year? Probably not. He won't want to embarrass his BG Ten buddies.

I guess that'll depend on how soundly we beat them. That and maybe Barry is looking for his team to take a beating by the rest of the big 10... oh wait, that's going to happen anyway :D

Salsa,

If ABC doesn't pick up this game, which they should, look for it on the ESPN Gameplan. That's how I was able to get the OK game last year. Best $14.99 I ever spent on PPV!

There are probably a number of jokes that could be made about this comment, but I'll leave it alone and agree with you Freak.

It should be a very good game next fall in Madison. Between that article and what I've read on Wisky boards, the Badgers are scared. The only one's who aren't are the ones that are "We're Big Ten, your punny Mac, what harm can you do?" You know, OSU fans....

However I think it is funny that the first half of the article goes on and on and ON about Temple joining the MAC. With everything I've heard, read and saw, I have to say this: Temple playing MAC teams like Notre Dame playing the Big Ten. Good idea, good match ups, but proably will have nothing come of it.

Goofy,

Only one thing wrong with your comparison....ND usually plays Mich, Mich.St. and Purdue EVERY year...but you're right in that the matchups haven't gone the way of the Irish very often in recent years.

If Favre thinks he can win another ring, he'll stay around. Aside from scrambling (something Favre never had) his abilities are definitely not deteriorating.
