A sign from the heavens?

Post by Bleeding Orange »

As I was leaving Meijer today I looked up at the Doyt as I left the (overly large) parking lot. I normally do, but after being cloudy and rainy all day and as the clouds broke up the stadium was perfectly framed by sun beams. It was absolutely gorgeous, and all I could think about was the upcoming season. A sign from the heavans? You decide!

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

and you didn't have your camera with you??? I'd love to have seen that!

Slap it on a t-shirt and on the back it says, "God is a Falcons fan."

Reminds me of a Mutt and Jeff cartoon from the World War One era.

The cartoon showed some German soldiers in a trench holding up a sign that said, "Gott ist mit uns".

This was followed by Mutt and Jeff in their American trench holding up a sign that said, "We got mittens too".
