Since this is another school, I figured I would post this.

Miami (OH) baseball team won their NCAA baseball game yesterday. But did anyone happen to see what the final score was. I figured I would just post the article as you mean not believe it.


RedHawks Score 35 Runs in Record-Setting Afternoon at NCAA Regional


Miami downs Quinnipiac 35-8

Sucks to be Eric Radley, their SS. He is the only player besides pitchers that didn't get a hit in his 3 at bats :D But yeah, that is one a**-whooping!

Is it just me or has the OU/Miami(OH) rivalry for a long time seemed like two elderly men hitting each other with their walkers?

If anyone else gets that, I'll give them a nickle.

I appreciate the Toledo bashing though MiamiBando. Your heart is definately in the right place. :D

I would PAY to see that! Really I would! Hey, they beat us last year in the MACC when we CLEARLY had the better team. (I mean they signal a fair catch, and RUN with it, and don't get why they get a penalty... CHEATERS! CHEATERS! CHEATERS! THE BAND WANTS A SCRIMMAGE!)

yeah, we had a better team than them, too. they must have cheated to beat us. It couldn't POSSIBLY be anything we might have done to lose that game. :roll:

I visited my brother in Oxford last weekend. He's a Miami grad. We walked down to the the baseball facility. That has to be one of the nicest looking facilities for a college baseball program that I've seen. I understand that it is fairly new (a couple years old). Of course, I've never been to a SEC or ACC facility. But Miami must have the best in the MAC.

They are putting lights up this summer at McKie Field. It IS beautirful, but them I have never been anywhere else, so I can't compare..... :wink:
