I'm going to take care of the water truck this year. I think it will be fun to sit in the back of the truck and watch people march. Oh wait, I did that already this past seasonbgmaggot00 wrote:Suckas...............
I might come out to the field sometime during fundies. Hopefully I'll get to see ya guys running pregame for the 10'th time in a row on a 90 degree day. When I get bored, I'll just leave. Haha....

Hmm-- frankly, I was disappointed in the weather for Fundies Week 2004. Entirely not hot enough. Fundies Week is supposed to be ridiculous... the vets know that the misery won't last, so they can just get a kick out of watching the nugeyes, who know nothing except chair-stepping constantly throughout 98-degree scorchers.... muhahaha.

The nugeyes from last year don't know how good they had it...
Back in my days of being a nugey, the field was so hot that you had to buy new shoes every day because the soles would melt by the end of afternoon practice. We had to march uphill both ways, and they made us chair-step during our water breaks. Of course, that wasn't too bad because water breaks were only 30 seconds long. We learned pregame at 150 beats per minute, and we practiced it at 180 beats per minute. And if every muscle in your body didn't hurt by the next morning, then you weren't working hard enough!!
I'm practicing for alumni band.

Absolutely.. bring on the heat (even though we will all be complaining and miserable in the sun... but it helps you sweat off the pounds... and besides, who doesn't complain when it starts snowing in October!?FliccGirl wrote:Hmm-- frankly, I was disappointed in the weather for Fundies Week 2004.
