Now thats just funny. But seriously, the COTA comples, as I understand it, is a facility based on marching band. I can see it as something the University could really help with and gain some benifit as well. You can go to forwardmarch.org for more details. A facility with a dome. and a field just for marching band would be amazing. The possibilities are endless.

I heard they threw rocks when the FMB went, so I'm not surprised.

So, Emily and I conferred, and neither of us have any idea what you're talking about. Could you explain?

Hhmm...I don't remember anyone throwing rocks at us...

What I do remember is not being able to go to the bathroom unless you had a police officer take you. Also, as we were marching into the stadium, we had to pass directly through the huge sea of Marshall tailgaters. Being that we were in "dangerous territory" we didn't do the BGSU cadence. God only knows what would have happened to us if we had loudly (and proudly!) chanted "BGSU!" and "Beat The Herd!" in the middle of all of them. We got enough dirty looks just by daring to march through the middle of them. They suck.

Well, I heard it from just one person, so maybe it was just one rock. And it was while y'all were marching into the stadium I think, so most bandies may not have noticed.

Oh I don't doubt that they threw rocks! I wouldn't put anything past Marshall.

Even though I hate Marshall for the most part, to their credit, we heard a lot of "Good job guys, that was a good game" from their fans on the way out. Of course, those may have been the same people who were cussing at us while we were getting ready for halftime :roll:

The Marshall trip was...interesting. There was some great memories, and some hairy moments. One of the best things I remember was the Marshall fans sitting in the next section who kept cursing, and flipping us off all game, and we just smiled and waved back.

Ok, I have NO CLUE what ya'll are talking about with this COTA complex, be it on or off campus. However, I believe you are referring to the CODA Complex. I don't see any menition of the COTA Complex at www.forwardmarch.org.

Yeah, to me (and probably any other Columbus-area native), COTA means public transportation buses. :P

Bando, I actually have a lot of respect for ya. I can't speak for the others, but if I don't kid around with ya, then I proably don't like you. Now if you take Odie, Golfer, Golfer II, whatever the @%#@Q$ he wants to be called, I ussally ingore him, or just tell him to (in my best british accent) "Sod Off!!"

Oh! BTW, I love you sig. The blank Bowl is what teams call it when they don't go anywhere in December/January. Cheer up though, I'm sure you'll love watching BG play in late December :D

Now, I was kidding about the no respect.... I have a dry sense of humor, just ask Saxy... I kid with her A LOT. They are changing our pregame show, it's gonna be AWESOME! :twisted: How awesome would it be if Miami and BG beat Big 11 schools on the same day, or the entire Big 11 fell to ALL MAC schools. Me thinks that would slay me.

The _____ Bowl is a reference to me not knowing if we are going to Rose Bowl or the Orange Bowl.(Which of the four is the NC in this year?)

BG= GMAC, Detroit Dump

Miami= GMAC, Independence Bowl(Largest bowl/ payout for a MAC team EVER!) :wink:
