I'm in , I'm in! I love a good ole' chili cookoff. Now I just have to come up with a name for my chili. Perhaps, UK's Piquant Bourbon Chili!

Bring it hot w/o beans. I always thought I disliked chili when I was growing up. Turns out I just hate Kidney beans...if I pick 'em out chili is good :) I especially enjoyed the Chicken Chili!

If you'd like, I'm growing pequin peppers direct from the Yucutan Peninsula that one of our suppliers sent me this year... you could make it, UK's Piquant Pequin Burbon Chili!!

Insoportablemente caliente!!!!

I like, I like! That name has a certain ring to it. Let me know if you get a good crop this year, I would be very interested in a few pequins.

Definately Toledo, IMO. If, for no other reason then because it's in late November and is quite likely to be really, really cold! A tent to block the wind and cold would be great!

And Falcon Fanatic looks like she just smelled something bad. Hmmm, I wonder what it could be? 8)

Oh yeah, I voted for Temple. But Ohio works just as well. Heck, all of them would work, minus the UT game. I can't make it to BG on a Tuesday evening, plus I'm hosting the Kentucky Alumni Chapter watch party that evening for the game.

Hammb, I hate kidney beans too. If I am the only one eating sometimes I will leave them out. I have found that when I use Bush's hot chilil beans that they are pretty good and do not bother me much. When there are plain kidney beans I have to pick around them.

I'm the same way, until I learned to find them on my tongue and swallow them whole. Not always a good idea with a hot (spicy and temp-wise) chili!!!

I know I don't go to many of these, but my suggestion would be anything but Toledo or homecoming.
