Not bad, I guess, but if its drawn to scale (which I can only assume it is), there is ALOT of space between the field and the seats. Almost 25 yards from the back of the endzone to the front of the permanent seats behind the EZ. And the grassy hill is cool, but I'd be interested to see how those seats are sold, or if its just an extra area for kids to roll around in and such. I can't imagine paying $XX for seats behind the endzone would be much fun if you've got discounted ticket buyers running around on a hillside in front of you.
