Me and bacn3 were lucky enough to get there toward the begining, but we still had to stand there over a half hour. I dont understand why they made us wait there til 4:30 when there were several hundred students waiting shortly after 4. WE jsut wanted the shirt, not all the other crap. WE almost didnt get our normal seats b/c of it....I saw the line when we were walking up and I thought that it was a line to get in the game because it wasn't quite 4:30 yet and the gates weren't open. Then I noticed that it was going to some tent so I thought it must have been for food. Why didn't they just pass the shirts out as you went into the game?
B/c that would have been the smart thing to do......
You technically should be a student, but they dont check. You just fill out a piece of paper with you rname and email on it, and they give you a shirt. This year they were brown too as you most likely noticed. Very smooth shirts. Much better than last years 'off-orange' colored ones. I tried to snag some extras but was denied.
For future reference, I wear a fuzzy orange wig to the games, so if you see one, there is a good chance its me, so dont be shy. You coulda jumpe din line with me and bacn3 for a free shirt.
