Ball State Game Tickets
Alright, I'm kind of curious who is planning on attending our game in Muncie on September 10th. I know I'm going and I have a group of about 8-15 who are planning on making the trip to Muncie. The reason I ask this is because I saw that BSU has some ticket plans for groups of 25 or more and I may consider purchasing a block of 25 or more if people are interested. It might be a nice way to get a good deal on tickets and to get a group of us AZZers to sit together. Those of you who will be making the trip, let me know what you think. Here's the breakdown,
General Admission: 25 or more people $5.00 per person
Individual General Admission : $10.00

Wait, you're going to the game? I thought you said you were gonna stop by and work for me while *I* went to the game!!!

Re: Ball State Game Tickets
You know, I thought about that when I posted. But I couldn't remember if ticket proceeds worked the same way for MAC games as they do for OOC and Bowl games. I still don't know for sure, does anyone know for sure about how MAC game proceeds work? Either way, I still may consider buying through BSU, if BG doesn't or can't extend a similar deal with their ticket allotment. Plus, my sister-in-law goes to Ball State, so I guess I could support BSU this one time.1987alum wrote:UK: Shouldn't you be buying them from the BG ticket office?

i might be going... im going to try and get my dad and best friend to come with me... not sure yet
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!
I have an annual golf outing that morning and then Sunday is my youngest son's birthday. The odds are long, but if/when we beat Wisconsin, I think I will be too pumped to wait until October to see a game so I will make a trip to Muncie work some how. 8)

I ordered two tickets for the Ball State game along with my Wisconsin tickets when I ordered my BG season tickets. I wanted to make sure I was sitting with the BG fans. I'll either be going with my fiancee or my dad.
FYI, the visitor section at Ball State this year will be section G, I called their ticket office the other day to ask that question. Not a great section, but not bad, they are at the end of the main grandstand and I believe the visitor's bench will be on that side. Here's a link to the Ball State Stadium seating chart:

I saw that, so that's another reason I thought it might be nice to plop 25 or more AZZers in some decent seats like section T.BGSU33 wrote:FYI, the visitor section at Ball State this year will be section G, I called their ticket office the other day to ask that question. The BG ticket order form had single game tickets for Ball State listed at $15.00 each (I think because they are reserved seats). The $10.00 ones are likely in general admisssion, which I am guessing might be mixed in with some student that slide down from their section. But whatever the case, I ordered two and will be going and I hope we can bring a huge following of BG fans!!!
Also, for those interested in hotels, I reserved a room at the Best Western which I was told is the closest to the stadium (across the street) and you can easily walk to the stadium from there. I got a room for $68.00. I believe the Days Inn is not too far away either.

Me and my girlfriend are in for sure.
Two others could potentially join us.
UK- add us to your count and see if it works out.
It is a 1pm kick off , right? I am planning on just getting up and driving over Saturday morning, what does it take 2 hours?
Before noon- that means beer of choice will be the Guinness.
