I have given this much thought. Kansas's offense can't be that good. Minnesota's probably is. I voted for EMU now here's my score. EMU 33 UT 24. EMU has a solid rushing attack. That will run the clock and keep brucie and his screen based offense out of their rythm. UT's offense relies on that defense to give them the ball so that they can build momentum early and bait defenses for big plays later in the game. EMU can keep them off the field, so i don't see that happening. As far as UT has seemed to drop these last few weeks; EMU has shown they have system that can produce some unexpected wins this yr. I think it starts this week.

UT has shown nothing to say they can win this game. Until such time, I have to think they will keep losing. EMU 38, UT 21.

I wouldn't bet a nickel on it, but I think EMU wins outright.

Last play of the game, EMU pures a 54 yard field goal and wins 24-21. Toledo never recovers from the trauma and moves to the Ohio Valley Conference.

Nope...I think it will be 36-33 win by EMU. With just moments left in the 4th, EMU's down 29 to 33. They prepare to punt, but behold...The tricky Michigan team has the punter hold onto the ball and run all the way down the field to put seven up on the board for the win... :D

Yes...I still hate that fat punter from CMU!

I think the new attitude at EMU gets a big boost with a win over a UT team that has dominated them the last decade or so.

I would love to get on here and say "yeah, Eastern will win!" Unfortunately, in the "other" boards' MAC pick 'em contest, I went with a UT win, but close and that's what I picked here . . . They're defense is as bad as the 63 points would indicate, but I'm not sure that EMU has the offensive line to dominate the line of scrimmage like Minnesota did . . . I didn't catch the KU game, but the boxscore indicates that KU threw for 327 and ran for an additional 174 and something in the neighborhood of 75 total offensive plays.

Eastern with the new coaching staff is looking much better and I'm sure they cause problems, but the Rockets win it close . . . UT 34 Eastern 28
