We've got major defections already going on with our basketball program and you guys are talking about a new tower and new sousaphones?
Well, this IS the BGSU Bands forum, not the basketball forum... :duh:

While I may in some small degree (ok, large degree) agree with that, I'm afraid that then we'd get acused of being better than that so called, self proclaimed "Best Band in the Land" at that school down south. Lord knows that we couldn't do that

Seriously! We're less arrogant than the trumpets, less obnoxious than the maggots and cuter than the flags. What's there NOT to like?

It's not that I hate your instrument, it's rather that I'm not fond of 'filler'. Geuss I'm more of a meat and patatos kinda guy. I will admit that things would be less interesting without you in rehearsal, but not much

the "new scaffolding" is being used for the high school band camp going on...along w/the awning Stacey mentioned. It didn't come up until this week, and I saw them setting it up the other day when they got here for their camp. They probably don't want to use our scaffolding because of a)the scariness and b) it's most likely a liability deal.

Okay....not to be the jerk again....BUUUUUUUUUUT! You are wrong!

Trumpets annoy me...right Metz, but they are better than you! They Sound better, they march better, and well Metzger is HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT :o

I don't think that you or any army you could produce could even handle the maggots....see also my comment in the Instrumental jokes forum!!! We are what I call f-ing SWEEEEEEEEEET! We are more man/woman than you could handle....knowing how to handle that piccolo just wouldnt cut it!

And lastly....lets be honest....the flags....they make up for their beauty in other ways....

Thats why we rip on you!

I can't handle the maggots? Are you for real? I'm from a time when tuba cheers were actually worth listening to, not the crap they are today.
