These guys all talk the same talk. They want to play ball and they're willing to go wherever if they get the chance. Then they're given that chance but they have to go away to play some ball -and go to class, and act with dignity and respect.
Dan Dakich is no different from the rest of the university. Do we fire Linda Newman, Director of Residence Life, because four students dropped out of the university just hours after coming to campus on August 17? or on Monday, the 22nd of August when 25 students do not show up for class because they've returned home? <No comments Matthew!>
This is a fact life on a college campus. Kids are going to leave and go home. The only difference is, you are only talking about the ones that are student-athletes.
