87,
As one of the "few" on this site who actually WENT to BG at this time AND was a regular at the games in the old stadium, I can tell you this was pretty typical..Of course, the seating was only about 12-14K MAX. if I recall. Remember playing Miami on a BRUTAL day late in season...Only tix I could get were in the ENDZONE...two friends who'd travelled up to see the game were so cold they stayed in the John for the 2nd half!!! Remember, the field ran E-W as opposed to the Doyt's N-S setup...it was like sitting in the dogpound for a Brown's game...NO THANKS! Been there, done that. BTW- Are we set for next week? I allegedly got a PM, but nothing showed up in it. 8)

Tech,
What you REALLY should try to get is one of Bernie's paintings... I only wish I'd had the foresight to get one when we were in school together...wonder what some of them are worth now?

Is this #30 in the photo - Bernie Casey?

Here is some of his work - he seems to be known for geometric abstraction.

yup! hence, the $50 offer for the signed pic. Although it's still a solid photo, even if it was someone else scoring that TD. :D
