Maybe next year we should secretly prepare a bid, but not actually present it at convention. Then when all the actual bids are rejected, we'll be golden!

Hmm, you could make one and present it... then secretly have Flicc and a few of your band girls get the committee to agree to it throught some, uh, questionable means.
