Sorry for going off on you Falconboy, but you are not as innocent as you think. I'm not the only one who has written something like this directed at you, but I do hope I am the last (re: "Recruit leaves Utah" in the Basketball forum).
I felt bad doing it, but I had good intentions. You do take a ribbing around here and only sometimes deserve it. Just try to walk with respect and post with logic, thats all!

Can someone explain that to me?
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Hard to get any Greener than Bowling Greener! LOLFalcon Fanatic wrote:1.) We will look GREAT this year. We should finish in the top FOUR. Those that follow Falcon Hockey have seen that steady progression under Coach Paluch since he took over the program. They have also watched his staff recruit top-notch players year after year. We have more depth this year that we have had in a VERY long time. Players will be working hard to earn ice time and even very good players may be taking their turns sitting out a game or two.falconboy wrote:How do we look for this year guys?
2.) His name is JONATHAN, not Johnny. He has NEVER been called that at BG. Given everything he has done for the team, calling him that sounds like a put-down. We are very proud of the time he was here, no matter how short. You WILL be seeing JONATHAN play in the NHL some day. While the Falcons will feel his loss at first, I am sure the other fine defensemen (and we have PLENTY) will step up and fill the void quickly.Hopefully the loss of Johnny Sigalet won't hurt too much.
3.) WHY would you say he should leave for GREENER pastures? Only because of the money or because being on the Falcon hockey team wasn't good?If I were him , I'd leave for greener pastures too.
Ok...end of my rant.........
I am excited to see how the hockey team fares this season...as FF said, the program is moving up the ladder and competing with anyone. We'll be getting to as many games as possible.
