Patience, my friends. Granted, The Doyt looks a little to "NIUish" for me to feel comfortable, but imagine how cool it is going to look when it is done!
It will be done soon enough.

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

And yes, I was not looking at the former stands first.
They knocked down the bleachers what did you expect to see? There wasn't a surprise hiding behind it. It's going to take some time for this facility to be built. We have a little while before our first home game the blocks will be gone and construction will start soon enough. 8)
I'd have the groundbreaking ceremony at the October 2 football game. Ribeau, Krebs, Brandon, and the Sebo's could turn over a pile of dirt at the beginning of halftime. Then let the construction begin.

Are we having another game vs Temple on the 2nd?
Just razzin ya, Transfer.
That's a good idea...break ground at the half of the Homecoming game.

FALCON FOOTBALL ROCKS!
Yeah, a big hole and construction equipment will be much more attractive. I know what you mean though, it will at least give the appearance that we're getting someplace on the Sebo.
That is not good. The stipulation for the Sebo's gift was that it be done on time by next season. So unless you can hire a 500 supermen , getting started in October isn't gone to get it done. Pathetic, what are other donors waiting for a win at Wisky first? Can't beleive were' still stuck at 4 and 1/2 million raised.

That is kind of an odd stipulation, considering the original gift of 4.4 million was to be given over 5yrs (starting in 2004). Do you just repeat every rumor you hear. Seeing as Mr. Sebo is/was also a University trustee, and has donated money to fund scholarships back in 2000 as well, I think that he is a pretty big supporter of BG. If your that worried, why don't you get a job at telefund and start calling alumni every night asking for donations.
