Well, we'll be in Section AA wearing our Beat Wisconsin shirts probably. I don't know about right after, but the Taste of Madison is going on this weekend, so we'll probably head there.

There's also a corn maze north of Mad in Lodi that looks pretty interesting. You can see that at

Hope that this helps. Go BG!!!

Corn maze? When there is beer to drink? You have got to be kidding.

I'm going to Brats, The Plaza, and Paul's. Hopefully in that order.

I ran into a guy that is an alumni of Wisconsin. He said that I must stay in the stadium for the 5th quarter. He stated that after the game they do some kind of musical concert or something along those lines. Has anyone heard of this? Maybe a Wisconsin person can clue us in.

Yeah, a couple of the early "atmosphere" threads mentioned this. Sounds like another halftime-type show by the bands, though I think they usually let loose a little more.

Don't know where I'll be, but I'll have a beer in my hand!

Saw it last time we played there. It is not the same as the halftime show--it is nuts. Pretty cool, though. But would be better appreciated with a beer in hand!

There is at least 4 of us in our group sitting in section AA as well. After reading all these commnets, this will be a GREAT away game to see BG play at. (compared to Temple last year - ha)

Before the game. Union South at Randall and Johnson. (Let's face it, for many people, drinking before 11 AM just isn't fun.)

Mike will then greet the Badger fans and then "welcome" those opposing fans who have made the trek to Madison to support their team. The Badger Band will then give the opposing fans a treat by playing their school song (albeit an abbreviated version).

(THe UW band raises a pretty fair amount each spring by holding a concert in April. Actually three nights at the Kohl Center with an audience of about 15K each night.

FIFTH QUARTER:
http://www.badgerband.com/history_and_t ... arter.html
Nearly every major college band in the country presents some kind of post-game performance to entertain fans exiting the stadium, but nowhere except Camp Randall Stadium can you find 30,000 - 40,000 die-hards who will stay and stay and stay for as long as 45 - 50 minutes after the game. Fans stay to watch, sing, dance and enjoy the excitement of a latter-day Wisconsin tradition ... the Fifth Quarter.
* * *

Nevertheless, it was evident early on that everyone was having fun being part of the show. As the repertoire of post-game specialties grew, so did the "choreography."

* * *

From Tampa to New York to Seattle to Pasadena ... the Fifth Quarter has been performed in all corners of the United States and many places in between. It has even been performed in the dark ... twice (remember Minnesota and Las Vegas?). Everywhere the Band goes people are amazed, even stunned, by what they see after a game against Wisconsin. Win or lose, thousands of fans stay after to celebrate with the Band making The Fifth Quarter the Wisconsin Band's most beloved tradition.
Bring back the Bucky Wagon, and
ON, WISCONSIN!

Quote from a certain BG fan attending the Temple game last year:

"This is the greatest football game I have ever seen."

I think that quote might have been mine, if so... i was referring to the poor attendence by the temple fans vs what i am to expect at the wisconsin game. The temple game, was a good scrimmage. as i got to be up front and center behind the BG bench.
