9) At some crucial point in the game, Mrs. 87 will walk in front of the TV and ask some domestic question, which will cause me to erupt in an incomprehensible series of loud grunts and shrieks.
Every point of the game is crucial. Why can't wives figure that out?
Just walk away when you see the game on. JUST WALK AWAY!

'87,
"At least three times during the game, I yell out something that will be followed by "Noah, don't ever use those words."
That was one funny post, brother! Keep that stuff coming.

Did I mention that my wife is forcing me to go to a family reunion in Ohio City on Saturday?
Damn thing starts at 1:00. Two hours to get there so we can eat some crappy "old people" food with a bunch of people I don't know. Suffice it to say I will be spending most of my time in the van with the radio tuned to 107.1 Delphos (THANK YOU, FALCON RADIO NETWORK! ).
I already have set the DVR to record the game and GameDay both before and after the game. 8)

Just tell her you got some inside info at work, and gas prices are going up to $37 a gallon this weekend, and it would be better for the kids college fund if you all just stayed home...

I made it a note to tell my fiance weeks (nay, months) in advance that I will not be leaving the living room on September 3rd. There is no way she is disrupting this game.
I'm having the work folks over for a cookout that afternoon and Mrs. 87 started rattling off all the things she wanted done before they arrive. I said that we'll do whatever you want until 11:55 a.m.
The flag is now place at the front door ... tomorrow morning Emmitt (the gargoyle at the end of our drive way) gets his BG gear and we'll be all set!

Yes! The flag goes up tonight (We have a couple rockettes around here and I don't trust 'em when I'm @ work...they deliver an awful lot of pizzas in our neighborhood! LOL).
I am also trying to figure out how I'm gonna sleep tonight....like a kid on Christmas Eve.
GO FALCONS!!!!
