Earl Watson sigend with the Nuggets.

Jannero Pargo is still a FA. Keith is arguably thte best PG on the market.

The Jazz signed Milt Palacio to be a backup at the point. Basically officially waving goodbye to Keith

From today's Salt Lake Tribune:
"Utah is also expected to re-sign backup point guard Keith McLeod, which would give the Jazz three point guards going into training camp.
Palacio, an NBA journeyman who has averaged 4.5 points, 2.5 assists and 17.7 minutes in his career, is valued for his experience at the point guard position, complementing rookie Deron Williams and McLeod."

I honestly think that Keith would have a better shot at beating out Deron Williams than Eric Snow. Snow's solid. Williams is not proven in the NBA, is not a great shooter, and does not have blazing speed for an NBA guard.

Are you kidding me? Eric Snow solid? Are you sure you watched the Cavs games last year?

Snow has proven himself in this league...he's proven he can't shoot...proven he is not good a running an offense...and proven he's not a good assist man!

I'd take Keith in a heart beat over Snow!

Eric Snow has to be about the worst excuse for a PG in the NBA, for all the reasons you outlined above. Cannot score, dribble, pass or shoot. He's a decent defender, but not a world-beater.

He was AWFUL last season for the Cavs.

Granted, Snow has drifted off into middle aged mediocrity and won't be the PG that takes the Cavs to the finals, BUT, I think you jokers are way to harsh.

When the Cavs signed Snow I was pretty excited, remembering him from the Philly finals run a few years back. I thought he was a solid player.

Watching last season, I was amazed at how awful he looked. I mean he was worse than Jeff McInnis, and that's saying something! Hopefully that was an aberration.

I thougth Eric Snow was going to be perfet for the cavs. If he would have had the stabilizing PG role he had in Philly it would have been nice. He is pretty much done at this point.

There was a rumor he would be shipped out and Derek Fisher was coming in. That was awhile back tho

The Cavs now have 2 PGs on the roster. Just 2. It's not out of the question that Keith might somehow end up with the Cavs after all. However, Damon Jones is far better competition for PT than anyone in Utah.

I'd be surprised if they add a 3rd point guard, given that Hughes can fill in for a few minutes when necessary at that spot (and LBJ can as well depending on the line-up on the court)

Pat Riley needs to get on the phone with McLeod...

we still got no back up PG, and if Steve Blake isn't gonna sign with us, I hope we get McLeod...

doesn't really have the shot that fits well with the Shaq on the floor, but he's a good young guard who they can develop. Our trainer (Ron Culp) and sideline reporter (Jason Jackson) are both BG grads too, so maybe they can send the message.
