Athlon Magazine picks BG last in MAC East

I picked up Athlon’s magazine today. They had BG last in the MAC East. They have Ohio winning the MAC and going to the NCAA Tournament, and have Akron, Ball State and Western Michigan in the NIT. They also had Ron Lewis as one of the nation’s top transfers, as well as Johnnie Jackson transferring to Ohio from Boston College. One bright spot for BG, recruit Brian Moten was ranked a Top-200 player, so that's promising.

I think we can take Miami, but it really depends how we do with the 3 guard look.

Wait a minute....Predictions are being made and the Football season has bearaly began. I hate it when Magazines like Athlon, predict a season while we are a month or so away from tip-off. Also Athlon does not know how well our multiple freshman will do this season and niether do we. So throw out those ungly thoughts of us being in last place in the East and take one game at a time.
