Kentucky football, relatively speaking, has great fan support. I believe they routinely sell 70,000 seats.
Kentucky is a rarely a force in SEC football. But it isn't an Indiana or a Northwestern or a Vanderbilt (God bless 'em) or a Nevada-Las Vegas.
This kind of job would have risks. No one seems to be able to figure out how to win there. But, when I look at the fan support they get, it's hard to understand why.
