I hate this punt formation. Why let everyone through with a chance to block the kick. Block em at the line!!!

It would also be nice if we could cover kickoffs or kick them through the endzone.

We don't have special teams at BG, we have unspecial teams this year. We've missed our last three consecutive extra points attempts with the miss tonight to go along with a kickoff return for a TD and a blocked punt against us. That's about as unspecial as you can get in my book.

lets do a fake PAT and have corey or whoever is holding have the run/pass option for 2. the sad thing is i miss Timchenko after watching Frye miss by that much.

Both games when people have been down on the Defense I"ve said "I am more concerned with the Special Teams."

Kick Coverage- POOR

PUNTS- bad

EXTRA POINTS- worse

Seriously, the special teams are killing us. Tonight, s**t the defense got some stops, held BSU to two field goals, but the special teams are just a joke.

Urban Meyer, the greatest coach in BG history since Doyt Perry ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS put an emphasis on special teams play, now it is a joke.

From what I understand from a friend of mine, there's a reserve linebacker on the team who also was an all-conference (maybe even all-state honorable mention) and he's not being used. I think he's #47, but I don't know his name.

I think that kid's name is Sprenkel. I didn't see him out there tonight, which is probably a bad sign fpr him given that backup linebackers were playing the bulk of the second half. Then again, maybe we're trying to convert him to a tight end.
