by Monday everyone will be over tonight, (which isnt over yet i have seen teams come back from down more than 35 example Bills v oilers playoff game)
anyways people will get over it and you better be optimistic about winning the MAC by then..
i catch grief for rooting for OSU i think you should all get greif for turning so negative so quickly when the one guy you people like the least (me) is about the only positive one on here about the rest of the season

I hope people here are over it by Monday, but I have a feeling with the long week, if this game doesn't turn around, they'll be talking of ways Temple will beat us.

all will be well in the MAC UT is at home we are always up for that game (when it is home atleast).
I dont know why are so angry, many of you picked us to lose this game anyways what does it matter if it is 49-6 or 49-47, its a loss and we are in no worse position than we would have been if the score was close.
The realistic goal was to win the MAC first, then bust the BCS if it was there, it wasnt there anymore but the chance to accomplish the main goal still is. thats the bottom line.

No the season isn't over.
No there isn't anything beyond repair just yet.
Yes a MAC title or bowl game would sooth my frustration greatly.
But I hate seeing good opportunities wasted, and that is what we have seen so far this year.
I'm not being negative, I'm being realistic.
I'll be positive if we wipe-out Temple 47-0. I'll be content if we win 47-17. I'll be worried if we win 47-34.
I am positive I'll get to run Jacobs4Heisman.com 2006. By then I should have it polished enough that even Metz can't find something to gripe about!

If Metz can't find something to gripe about on there, I'll eat a bug.NWLB wrote:By then I should have it polished enough that even Metz can't find something to gripe about!
Mostly agree with the rest of your non-bulleted bullet points, though.

And let's not forget about November 12, 1994. Blech.

FAT PUNTER!
Sorry, just hear a very well-told story about that season and that game. I wanted to be the one making the "fat punter" reference for once. Blame the alcahol...
