No Yelling

Post by jmillerbg »

Obviously the cameras were not focused on the BGSU sideline the entire game, but did anyone see anyone (coaches, players, waterboys, trainers, boosters) yell at any of the players during the game?

I will not question their desire, I think that would be completely disrespectful to the coaches and players who dedicate most of their lives to making this program better, but I will question the tactics.

I think we need to get Stud down on the sidelines. I am sure he is busy up in the press box making all sort of adjustments throughout the game :?: , but I think he would at least get in someones face.

I don't want to continue to refer to Urban Meyer (his time has obviously passed), but Timchenko might have a black eye by now if he still coached here.

Agreed. After the loss at Ohio State I say Harris at the entrance to the locker room with the entire O-line and he was tearing into everyone including himself. The analist on the sideline made the comment near the end of the game that she had not seen Omar yell, get in anyones face, or encourage a single player all night. And we do not see that out of Greg Brandon either. Maybe this team NEEDS that vocal presence to get in their face when things aren't going well.
