Trevor Frericks?

Thanks for the report and welcome to the board. We look forward to seeing what Trevor can do on the football field. As evidenced by the first couple games, our D-line isn't the best and if he works hard, he should have a good shot at playing time next year.

Sure he would, why not?

They tend to put LBs and RBs on the teams. Maybe as a blocker on kicks or to block kicks but I wouldnt think so. But maybe. I was thinking in terms of covering kicks like Winovich did, but I guess he wouldnt be limited to that.

Here's the deal from an official source:

Trevor Frericks and John haneline did not play at Boise. Our numbers are extremely hard to read on the road and visiting stat crews enter wrong numbers for tackles.

We've only played Antonio Smith, Bobby Thomas, and Kenny Lewis from our freshman class.

I think Brad Williams is one of the guys in that goofy punt-protection wedge that worked so effectively Wednesday night; I also think some of our D-linemen are used to rush, such as we do, the punter. I may be wrong.
