Great game Monday night. Soooo nice to have the excitement back for our hockey program. God bless Pooch and the boys. A couple of questions about the scrimmage on Saturday:
Open to the public?
If so, do we need tickets?
Any chance to meet the players before/afterwards?
Would love to be there and have Ryan/Mitch/Daniel/Chris/Seth meet the boys in orange/brown. (Not all mine, nephews included)
Ps. Freak......are we allowed to fire up the Coleman before a hockey game?

The Falcon Face-Off (Orange and White Game & Skills Competition) starts at 1:00 and is free and open to the public. There will be autorgraph signing and meet the team afterwards (around 2:30), just like in the past. Good thing the football game is at 6, so it gives us plenty of time to tailgate after the hockey event!!
Also, bc ziggy 58, there is NO brown on the hockey jerseys...Only Orange, White and BLACK.....
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second." ~~USCHO Poster "BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got." ~~USCHO Poster, AFTER Tech beat us #NeverGiveUp

Thanks FF. Really looking forward to this scrimmage. And yes......there is no "brown".

I find that with a little imagination the black trim can actually look brown...altho it's not quite so easy to maintain the illusion with the new lighting.
This weekend's scrimmage will also include raffle tickets handed out for a drawing (possibly for several items)! Just a way to thank people for supporting the team!!
GO HOCKEY!!!
