Where are they now?

Post by Freddie »

I'd like to start a thread to help us keep up with all our guys. Who's still playing, and where...possibly give and get links so we can all keep track.

For example, I just saw that D'arcy McConvey didn't survive the final cut at Iowa (AHL) and was assigned to Idaho (ECHL). :( Kevin Bieksa was amoung the last players cut from Vancouver's NHL camp, and was sent back to Manitoba (AHL). :(

I think Chris Pedota will be with Augusta Lynx of the ECHL this year.

I'm usually pretty good at this game, but at the moment I'm buried with something else. I can help ya more later, like maybe next week.

Steve Brudzewski is not playing for Dayton. He is in Poland going to medical school and also playing hockey over there.

Are you sure that's OUR Ryan Murphy? There was a guy by that same name who graduated from Boston College last year...I think this is him.

Yes, that's him. I got to see him last year when they came here. He played on the fourth line and was doing well off the ice, too.

The other Ryan Murphy is kicking around the E somewhere. I don't remember where, because I really didn't care (I looked him up just long enough to be sure he wasn't the right Ryan Murphy). Nobody out here seems to understand why I call him the other Ryan Murphy, but there you have it.
