ahhh, groin stretches with a friend...those were my fav..lol.

do you still do eight count stretches where the whole band counts off together and the percs always end with a word that rhymes with eight? Good times...lol
Eg: 3, 4, 5, 6, your mom was great...

some of my favorites from FMB last year:

they just say random things now...like...earlier this year i remember them saying different kinds of soup...then it was like (so and so's) MOM!!! it's different all the time.
