Actually...that makes no sense. It's a STUDENT SECTION...for students...not parents. If you want to sit with your parents, go sit somewhere else.
Parents sit with their kids down there all the time.

Well I'm sure their parents making a trip to spend the day with their kids is a planned event. They can buy their seats in advance like everyone else.

not to belabor the point, but..... it is the student section. if it is filled up by non-students before gametime, even two minutes before, i don't see a problem with a student being upset their seat is taken by a non-student. now if it were 4:02, then it's a differnt story.

Point is by sitting in the student section, that parent is taking away a student's seat.

last year the suisham's sat in the front row of the student section every game. there was no problem with it.

as long as you wear team colors and cheer i believe it is ok. it brings masses into the front rows and is very noticable. i am no longer a student, i graduated last year, but i plan on sitting there when i make it up to games. is there a problem with that?

now it is a different story when there is a family sitting down there, with little kids, and they are not wearing team colors and they tell the students to sit down bc their kids cannot see. now that was a problem at one of the games last year and that is ridiculous!

I'd rather have a parent that knows about the game in the student section than a sorority girl who doesn't know what a down is.

Is it alright if I go sit in a parents reserved seat because I'm wearing team colors and supporting the Falcons? No. So how is it technically alright for a parent or non-student to sit in the student section? The student section seats are reserved for students...it's called tuition.

how about we agree to disagree..I think it is a completely retarded idea. we cant even sell the stadium out..if we could constantly sell it out then worry about it..but we arent selling out so why fix things that are nto a problem...
by the way most people in college tuition is being paid for by THE PARENTS

and you love the idea for some reason

so lets agree to disagree

Stupid me...I though tuition was for my education, not for my seats at the games

I just sit with my parents in the upper part of the student section towards the 50. I think that's alright as long as you're not sitting with your parents down in the lower section by the field. They would have to stand the whole time anyway.
