If I was Solich I woulda beat the crap outta my QB at halftime, that throw Jelani picked there was one of the dumbest throws I've ever seen. He coulda tucked it and ran, and ended up close, instead he threw a duck for grabs.

My theory on that: The only game clock in the stadium was behind him, it was ticking down, and he might have been worried that a run would not give him enough time to call time out and set up a field goal.

In fact, he could have run it and probably called time as soon as he was tackled. But I'm not sure he knew that.

Just had to give Lovett some time....our d keeps getting better each week. For all the negative things the D had to hear, it sure is great to see them respond. Dominating performance.

Our defense won that game for us in the first half. If it wasnt for the D, we would been behind a couple times last night. BG's defense kept us in the game until our offense got going and came up with some big plays. INT's, 4th down stops, tipped balls, 3rd down stops, and some sacks. Oh in that 4th quarter they were teeing off on everson. Everytime he threw the ball I looked back and he was picking himself off the ground. He was slow to walk back to the huddle, his jersey was dirty, and he was hurting. That's what I like to see! That's Falcon Football!!!! I love seeing the Defense make big time plays! Jelani Jordan has been playing amazing and has come up with some key picks. Parks was awesome yesterday too. For once, I am in love with our D more than Omar and the offense. A shutout against Buffalo would be real nice!
