are they going to get a safety?
Block a punt out of the endzone. :duh:
isn't that, technically, a safety? :?:
:?

Didn't you ask 'are they going to get a safety'? I give you a case of how they get a safety. Then you ask 'isn't that technically a safety?' Yes, it is. That is how they get two points, plus a field goal for three = a total of five.
Warthog, I'm sorry. I thought you were saying no to the safety. Instead they would get a punt block out of the end zone. Just a misunderstanding and just giving you a hard time. I know some other posters would argue with me in saying that a punt block out of the end zone is not a safety. But most of us are more intelligent than those.

Falcons Win (of course)

Omar had only 2 TD passes last week so he'll have to make up for that this week. So I'll say 5 TD passes for OJ and 2 TD runs by Lane equals 49 points for BG. For Buffalo, thier Offense sucks and our D is improving. Jelani and Parks continue to play well and hold Buffalo to just a first half field goal. Then the 3rd teamers give up a late Bulls touchdown. So final score is: BG 49 Buffalo 10

You could build a graduate level math course around calculating the margin of victory in this one.

No, I think the point is, people like to show how it plays out to get that score. Mine was very similar in total score 48-17...and it was also largely due to a 1st string Buff scoring late against some true-frosh getting up to Buffalo's final tally.

Come Monday nobody is interested in coming back to see who the most accurate prognosticator was anyway...because then were on to one of those mundane opposing coach threads (i.e. Cubit likes to cut his grass to find his car so he can drive to work), and then predicting the final whomp were going to put on WMU.
