Thanks for the info. UT has an indoor practice facility that is used for baseball and softball. The new indoor practice facility that will be part of the Savage Hall renovation (which is actually a renovation and expansion) will be a multi-purpose facility as well. It will be primarily for football, but will have a basketball court for the basketball teams to practice on when there is a concert going on in the main arena.
So how can UT afford to renovate/expand Savage Hall when not only their SSI is decreasing, but their enrollment is as well? 8)

The project is being funded with private donations and corporate sponsorships.

I don't know a whole lot about the North side of Toledo, but I would guess that if there are any donors from there they aren't donating money. :wink:
