A lovable loser playing to win

Talk about the Buckeyes the Wolverines the Hilltoppers the Ducks the Beavers the Chanticleers... or anyone else who isn't BG or an opponent in this forum.

By this logic BGSU probably isn't real either than right?
Well who is the other BGSU? What I'm saying is Miami FL > Miami OH, therefore Miami FL = The Real Miami...besides, how many MNC's has Miami OH won? how many top 5 finishes?
I knew exactly what you were saying. You are basically demeaning schools that are like BG. I don't even know why we would bother play Fake Miami.

I'm not talking about academics...I know both miami's are fine academic schools, but in terms of football, this is no comparison...

i'm not as bad though..i never said a MAC school was inferior to another school.. I defend OSU bashings on here...I have never said that another school cant compete with them on the field of play.

Since this thread did start off about Rutgers, I would just like to point out that Tres Moses, Rutger's top reciever and all-time recption leader, was one of Omar's targets in high school. Moses started playing quarterback in high school for two years, before Omar Jacobs took over at QB, when Moses then switched to receiver.

BGSUVA....Miami University is the Cradle of Coaches.

It owns the 15th winningest program in D-1a.

It has the oldest rivalry East of the Alleghenys. The Battle for the Victory Bell, with the University of Cincinnati.

It played the first football game in the State of Ohio with UC, in 1888.

Miami has a hell of a storied program.

NC's out of the way, I'd say MU is as storied as UM. (Sorta)
