Drew Stanton, MSU, is the sleeper that has moved up in the QB ranks for NFL consideration. As for Omar, why risk coming back knowing he will be losing his top guns and risking injury? You are dead on with that logic. He could come back with the hopes of going undefeated and getting to a BCS bowl, but if we couldn't achieve that this year with the talent we have on the offensive side of the ball...who seriously thinks that would happen next year with the loss of Pope, Lane, Sanders, Sharon, etc. that are huge parts to this offense as well.

Stanton is another QB in that mix of productive junior QBs, but he's even less likely to come out than a guy like Quinn. Stanton came out of nowhere this year to transform from a QB with potential into one of the best in the nation. He would be well-served to come back next year and prove that this is no fluke.
