No, because I'm not a blind fan who sits there and cheers no matter what the score is. The fact is that the game was over at halftime and I didn't want to watch bullshit football.

I agree with that. Time for the Wings/Jackets game on FSN Ohio as well, should be good.

Hey Bleeding, why don't you leave him alone and shove it? I left too, you know why? It wasn't any fun to see your team play like crap, and I decided to have some fun. Sorry we're not all "super fans" like you, but maybe we don't feel like watching a Division 1A team play like a HS JV team. You have the right to your own opinion, but just because people don't agree 100% with you and don't stay the whole game doesn't mean they don't have school spirit. You'll probably call me the same thing, but you know what? I don't care, cuz I know I love this school, more than you'll ever know. So instead of looking like a huge douche, and questioning peoples school spirit, why don't you keep your opinions of others to yourself instead? That way we don't have to listen to you berate other BG fans.

Trust me, it was my pleasure. I get sick of BG fans dumping on BG fans on here, we're all fans of the same team, and for one person to call another person out on their school spirit, it pisses me off. Your a BG fan, I'm a BG fan, he's a BG fan. You don't have to love each other, but respect the fact that the other person is a fellow fan as well, and that you are rooting for the SAME team.

I wish to reiterated what momtartin stated in one of his threads. I believe these words should be imprinted on everyone's brain by now.

I got ure back Bleeding Orange (not that anyone here cares) but I mean, leaving at the half is really bad, and doesn't show much to the team...u are sohwing them that youdon't have any faith in them, that you don't believe they can win. We were not out of that game at halftime...sure it wasn't looking good, but with our style of offense, whether or not Omar is the QB, we are never going to be out of the game. I was disgusted to see how few people were there for the final 5 minutes...I don't care what the conditions are outside, the only reason I could see for leaving a game early is if there is an emergency, likes someone is seriously hurt or something...

I just got back from the game.. I left with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. I was sitting front row and I heard a "Rumor" that's all that this is..I don't know.. but we heard that he broke his collarbone and will be out for the rest of the year... But we heard this from an unlikely source.. so don't believe it until we get the official word...

Someone in the chatroom mentioned hearing WMU's radio calling it a rotator cuff injury to his non-throwing shoulder. Estimates everything from 2-4 weeks to done for the year. Yuck.

You have every right to say that you don't wanna leave at halftime, I'm not arguing that. I'm arguing that just because he left at halftime doesn't make him a bad fan.

Whew!

Without totally letting anyone off the hook, and realizing that part of a coaches job is to have EVERYONE ready to play at any given moment, I think we might have seen karma come back and take a big bite out of our ass today. We have been living right for the past few years, and really have been able to avoid alot of the serious injuries that seem to affect alot of other teams. It seemed like guys were dropping like flies out there today, and the Omar injury was obviously very key. Not only did it knock our all-everything out of the game, but the big return for a TD puts points on the board and momentum on the sideline of the Broncos.

I'll be there next weekend hoping for a huge Falcon turn around!!!

Omar was holding his left wrist when he came off the field. It happened right in front of me. He came back in the second half in street clothes with his left arm in a sling. I'm not calling anyone a liar, but I'm not too sure if it's just a shoulder injury. He landed very akwardly on that side of his body.

I left with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. If you think I'm a bad fan, I know a place where you can go.

We're all a little pissed off, but we're still the MAC East Leaders and we still control our own destiny. I'm actually glad to see that swagger get knocked out of our guys, and maybe they'll start to realize they can be beat at any time. Just from looking, the guys were never emotionally in the game, and that's upsetting to the fans who paid good money to see an ass-kicking.

Back to the drawing board...
