Player of the week honors?

Post by Falcon Fanatic »

I heard that Jon Horrell was named Player of the Week for his efforts at OSU, though I can't find it anywhere on the net (BG or CCHA sites)!! If so, CONGRATS, Jon!!!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Thanks, TG. Something funky is going on with my computer. I go to a site and it shows old stuff. Then I have to hit "refresh" to see anything new, including the post you just put on!! I was having the same problem with the PM here earlier. weird...

I have MY computer and he has HIS (with a lot more bells and whistles), although when mine has problems, he's the one that gets to fix it!!! And btw, it's STILL acting weird this morning. I click on the forum index and it doesn't show it updated. Then I hit "refresh" and it updates.... Even when I went to this thread, after the refresh, it didn't show the updates unless I hit refresh...grrrrr.....

According to Fox hardcore sports and the daily fish wrap in t-town, Jon is CCHA goalie of the week for his efforts against the poisonous nuts. It is at end of a story about fball---

That was a steller performance. Jon deserves the honor. Hopefully we'll have many more this year as we settle into the schedule.
