At halftime, Doug Martin realizes he is not the Kent State coach, but actually the former PGA golfer and breaks into the official putt putt theme song..."I putt putt for the fun of it, putt putt for the fun of it, putt for the fun of it, I putt putt of the fun of it. I'm slicker that butter with my putt putt putter as I putt my hole in one. Hooray!"

BG - 14
Crosby, Stills and Nash College - 16

Doug Martin, the golfer, is from Van Buren.

I am not going to ever offer another BG prediction ever ever again.

Not even with a huge (+) for the spread.

BTW, I will be unable to go to Kent and must watch it on TV...I lost Legacy Boy over the last two weeks....he is preferring to go play Laser Quest at a friend's birthday party this saturday.

Maybe a win will start to improve Family Values for the season finale.

SOMEONE (Jelani, Smith, Mayberry?) will have three picks... it's happened alot at Kent State, and it's due to happen again!

A terrible nightmare realized. So far, Noah has remained strong, but ...

BG 21

KSU 07

attendance 3500

I will be attending the Otsego - Ottawa-Glandorff game and I bet you there will be more in attendance watching two top 10 ranked (9-1) teams play then their will be at the DOYT. My prediction:

Otsego 38
O-G 35 OT

And for what it is worth, their will probably be more in attendance at the Patrick Henry - Elmwood game as well. How sad is it when two local HS will outdraw any university. Did anyone see what that attendance was over the weekend of two Ohio schools, I think it was 28,300. WOW

You forgot the key guy, Mr. Young!

Turner has two games under his belt. There aren't enough games to get under your belt if you're Kent State.

bg 16 (brandon foregoes kicks and gets both 2 point trys)
Kent 7

I should hope so....this game is AT Kent.

I will not be making a prediction this week....except the cops in the tailgate lots at Dix Stadium will act just like the name of their stadium.

Over 24,000 witnessed unbeaten Canton McKinley rout previously unbeaten arch rival Massillon at Fawcett Stadium Saturday.

Sorry to hear that, JS. The Freaklings will go and they are taking this slump much better than me! :(

FREAK,
I'm still hoping to make the "bash" you are hosting. PM me with address so I can try and get there.

Chalk it up to "life getting in the way" because I never thought once the schedule was released that anything would stand in the way of making it to Kent so I will have to accept TV coverage unless that gets pulled...which frankly wouldn't surprise me.

So I'll count myself lucky to at least keep tabs on any ground-breaking improvement...the alternative would be to watch my daughters swim meet on saturday (which I still get to do all day Sunday as well) to make sure she stays on target for being Div 1!

BG WINS! In a landslide. BG wips KSU's Chronometers.

BG will beat KSU and regain their confidence, making it much harder for the Miami to take the East title. Ohio will end up winning the East. CRAP! As Franz would say.... Take me out!
