I'll be accused of "policing" fans again, but I don't care. That attitude just sucks. Period.

Bowling green is like 2-6 or 1-7 against the spread this season. It's money in the bank.

I've been much of a gambler, but my Dad gave me this advice when I used to pick in football pools: Always bet against your favorite team. That way, if they lose, at least you get something positive out of it. If they win, you probably won't care about your pool anyway. Always worked for me.

So basically you could've bought a 1/2 point and you'd be 7-1-1 picking against BG this year. Yeah, money in the bank baby.

If BG plays like they did last Sat., they will lose by one touchdown. If they can avoid the mishaps, and the play-calling is creative, they'll win by one touchdown. ------ This assumes that OMar remains on the sidelines.

I can't pick us to lose, because I don't see us winning a game for a long time if that happens.

BG 18 (missed XP and 2 missed 2-pt conversions)
Kent 17

No such thing as an ugly win at this point.

I don't do this often, but I have faith:

BGSU - 27
KSU - 10

We get back in the W column, the team comes out much more confident, and we make our run at the title. 8)

I said I was done with predictions....I lied.

Kent is in more disarray than BG....by a mile. They mailed in the season 5 weeks ago and have been playing out the string. I feel BG should be able to run the ball on Kent all day long. Pope, Lane, AT and Thomas should combine to rush for 250+. Kent's supposed strong defense hasn't stopped anyone all year and their offense has been non existent.

We need this one. They don't care either way, IMO.

BG 34, Kent 13.

I hope that happens but, one thing is for sure in my opinon. If we have play calling like we had in that forgettable 4th qtr last Sat. we will probably lose. :ugh:

My buddy's girlfriend was with him at the game and she doesn't really know much about football. When we had the ball down by 3 she asked what we would have to do to get 4 points and take a one point lead. We told her we'd have to get 2 safeties and that's not very likely. So she asked what we'd need to do to get 3 points and tie it. We said that would involve kicking a FG, and we told her the 2 safeties were a more likely scenario :) LOL

The humor was lost on her, but we thought it was pretty funny...we then had to explain what a safety was...
BG -3
Kent - 2

I think the safety theory is about right.

Maybe they have mailed it in, but if so it was likely just 2 weeks ago. Prior to getting blown out by NIU and WMU, they had 3 straight close losses (all on the road). This is only their 2nd home game in the last 7 weeks. I believe they'll give us their best shot.

Good point. Kent also has a number of injuries on their O Line and D.
