This is gonna be a long and intense week...

Post by Falconfreak90 »

8 more days. With everything that's happened this season (or hasn't happened), we still have as good a chance as anyone in winning the MAC. Most people have written BG off for dead. No chance. Done.
Fine. We'll see about that. I'm tired of hearing how bad this team "sucks" from so many different folks outside this site. This team does not suck. It has underachieved this season but it does not suck.
4 more wins and this team can finish 9-4. Orange glasses? Sure. It's just how I am....

I'm pretty fired up and it's only Monday. :x

BEAT MIAMI!!

Freak, you and I both hate hearing how we suck this year. I had had a hard time getting couple of OSU and a Michigan pals to watch the game on FSN OHio last Sat. They kept saying BG sucks and was anticipating that "monster" OSU vs Illnois game.

Luckily my Michigan friend had two sattelites dishes and I was able to watch the BG-Kent game while other guys watched the OSU-Illinois game on ESPN.

Falconboy, I could go on forever with this one but from past expierience don't ever try to watch a MAC game with a BIG TEN fan let alone a f***ing Michigan fan, they will..... you know what, all I can say is they will just end up pissing you off. I've had too long of a day to get myself going on this subject. GO FALCONS!!!!

I'm gonna hit the OSU-Northwestern game for the same reason.

I won't be paying $50 for a ticket, but I'll be travelling across town to drink at Hineygate before, during, and after the game. Go Wildcats!!

The best way for me that I can smooth over a bye week or an open week when we have a mid-week game....is go to another game. It's still not the same as a BG game for me, but it helps tie me over. :)
GO BG!!!

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Dotting the 'i' on Senior day! I'm not in band, but to a lot of band people I'm sure that would be a pretty big honor (only those who are OSU fans, of course).
