UK Peregrine wrote:Way to go the extra yard BO. Really, BG should just play Falcon football. We have to stick to our game plan and stop the big play on defense. I mean if we can open up the passing lanes, dominate the line of scrimmage and take care of the football, then we should be able to bring home a victory. We don't want to milk the clock all game, but instead air it out, while pounding it on the ground. Just go out an execute and make plays on both sides of the ball, and the rest will take care of itself. It all comes down to which team wants to win it more.

Ok...So our entire team hinges upon one player? I guess BG Football puts the "I" in team. You know...I would not have put forth this sentiment of losing to Akron 24-14, who only won 3 games, nor the RIDCULOUS 42-14 loss to Western. Obviously with a 6-3 record, Western is much improved this year, but 42-14??? COME ON! Time to cash in your chips. Stick a fork in it. The fat lady's warming up. Start the bus.BGGrad01 wrote:I think we'll see next Tuesday night that we don't "suck ass". It is my opinion that if Omar Jacobs had not been injured that we would be 6-0 in the MAC right now. It may have been a struggling/grind it out 6-0, but 6-0 nonetheless. We haven't played up to our potential YET, but to say that we "suck ass" is a little harsh. I am still confident in this team's ability and I still believe that we will be the MAC champs when it is all said and done.CapitalFalcon wrote:Ok...In the interest of "calling a spade a spade" we stared out great this season, but now, we suck ass.Bleeding Orange wrote:Just give credit where credit is due.
Now, I HOPE that I am wrong when I watch the Falcons next Tuesday. But essentially, our boys must give 110% because the game against Miami is for all the marbles, the big enchilada, bragging rights, time to do or die, to stay in the mix of things, to prevent being on the outside looking in, to control our own destiny, a chance to do something special, to be in the driver's seat...

Come on...we got to take em one game at a time. They have to play ball-control offense. This should be a chip shot for him. They're trying to milk the clock. We've got a real barn-burner. I'm just happy to be here, and Lord willing I can just do my job to help the team.
And on the other subject...Erin Andrews!
