I am planning on buying one of the new jerseys from Athlete-Tech, but have a question with jersey sizing.
I am about 6' tall and weigh ~180lbs. Not sure what that translates to in jersey sizing. I'd say that most of the T-shirts I own are size L. Do jerseys pretty much correspond to the same size shirt you'd wear? I never played organized football and I'm not sure how they run. I know they're designed to be worn tightly over pads, but I'm looking at wearing it pretty much every Saturday in the fall, either at home or tailgating.
I'd hate to get the jersey personalized and then have it not fit right.

That's what I was suspecting. I may get the XL for outdoor, cold-weather layering.
Anybody who's been in BG lately know if they have these at the bookstores yet? I guess I could try one on there if they're in stock next time I'm in town August 7th. Athlete-Tech seems to not charge for personalizing of the jersey...

The new jerseys aren't at the bookstores here. The Athlete-Tech jerseys are nice. I wear an XL t-shirt and bought an XL Jersey it fits perfectly. Not tight at all or too big. That's probably your best bet.FormerFreddie wrote:That's what I was suspecting. I may get the XL for outdoor, cold-weather layering.
