42-14 - what else can one say about that final score.
In a monsoon, our fighting falcons strapped on their helmets and did us proud.
For all the doubters on here - remember all of the things you've said about this team this year.. look at the final score tonight.. now stand-up and take it all back.
The team looked the best its had since the first half of the Wisky game.
One down, one to go .. and the Pope train engineered by a wounded, but still sharp, dread-locked QB is firing on all cylinders.
Bring on the Rockets..
GO BG!!!
and kudos to all of those who made the trip and stuck it out - you made me proud when I saw you on t.v. hammering those thundersticks in an almost empty Yager stadium.
We're baaaaack!!!

I have been telling my father all week that we were going to be back this week. Our seniors wanted it and it was the first time we were at 100% healthwise since Partridge got hurt in the first quarter against Wisky and P.J. in the second. THIS is BG football. If you still have doubts, I feel sorry for you.

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

MACMAN
We are definitely back! Our offensive line was outstanding and our defense was all over the Redhawks. They were really laying some lumber out there! Betts was running scared all night long! This is a huge confidence boost heading into the Toledo game!
Go Falcons!
Go Falcons!

I'm not quite ready to say we're completely back, because that was not the typical offensive performance we've come to expect over the past couple years. Although that certainly could've just been the weather. However, they were outstanding in the redzone, and that's what's most important. Most of all the defense was dominant. That was the best defensive performance I've seen from a BG team in a LONG time.
